Menu For Hope

I have been initially itching to participate all month...but my flying-home dates weren't confirmed and I didn't exactly want to promise carrying it out responsibly or not doing a half arsed job. I guess there's always next year for me *shrug*.. But to all my blog readers out there, PLease do participate...It's for a great cause; and winning a raffle aint too bad for just $10 *wink* Afterall..they aren't exactly offering raffles for pencil sharpeners and baseball caps. Prizes include (my favorite)- dinner @ Tetsuya's, hotel dine and stay vouchers, Food literature courses, amazing cookbooks, cooking ingredients and food items, truffles, chef knives...and the list goes on. Last year this innovative online campaign raised US$17,000 for UNICEF in just twelve days. This year, the money will be directed to the United Nations World Food Programme. So buy yourself a raffle for a chance to indulge by helping feed those who need our help. CLICK HERE for a link to the Asia Pacific region round-up by Grab Your Fork.

Hi Su, for the basic moist and delicious chocolate cake you posted some time ago, can I replace some of the water with baileys cream?

You mentioned 3 cups of sugar for this recipe, will that amount to (225*3)675g sugar? Will it be too sweet for only 3 cups (450g) of flour?
