How fast can you cook? Compilation #2

I have 2 papers back to back coming up for tomorrow and Friday! sigh* I can't wait for this examination period to be over!!! We will probably be having Pizza Delivered tonight; I can't imagine myself cooking at these critical moments; though I did manage to sneak in a pot of curry this morning! LOL, for those who frequent my blog; thanks so much for the comments, the emails, the feedback and the helpful tips; it means a whole lot to this amateur little blogger, I didn't expect my site hits to reach a whoopIng~ 7900 in just 3 months! Will definitely keep up with the cooking and daily blog updates when able! Haha....Tomorrow will be one of those 'impossible' days!
Here's another compilation of quick meals I have been feeding my 2 very studious housemates! We can't wait till the agony is over on Friday...and it'll be PARRRRRRRtttttttteeeeeeeeYYy!!!! WoOooooo..*calms down* sigh...*sob* Pray for us everyone....
Pita Pockets stuffed to the brim with scoops of tomato base pasta sauce, roast chicken, semi dried tomatoes and a good sprinkle of mozzarella and tabasco. I stood them upright and popped them under the grill!Spaghetti? Here's what I made with the same pasta sauce from the Pita Pockets; Add a good dash of parmesan and crisp strips of pan fired prosciutto. Dried herbs which go well with red pasta sauce = oregano, parsley and basil.Savoury French Toast. This is something I made awhile ago; I didn't like the photo I took and forgot all about it...I'll include it here anyway. It's slices of white bread dipped in beaten egg and sandwich with cheddar and soft browned onions cooked in wochestishire sauce and pan fried together to form a thick golden sandwich. I served them sliced with strips of bacon. It's more of a brunch-type-meal.Tuna chunks on turkish bread sticks grilled and spread with lowfat cream cheese. I drizzled the tops with herbed olive oil and sprinkled on some garlic seasoning. Topped a couple of slices with grated mozzarella....just because it's my favourite cheese! LOL Serve with Lots and LOTs of fresh crunchy greens!Chicken Curry!!Being Malaysian, we love our curry! I like it with extra chunks of coliban potatoes and good spicy flavours. Its my favourite thing to eat when steaming hot and served with crusty slices of good bread on chilly winter days. One thing which annoys me with curry though, is the smell it gives the entire house after I'm done cooking! It's hard to get rid off; even with the exhaust fan switched on and windows open. Here's a slice of Haloumi pan fried and wrapped in a thin strip of prosciutto. Spread a good layer of Dijon mustard on the baguette slice and a smear the top with a spoon of homemade garlic and basil pesto. I made this with olive oil, fresh garlic+ herbs whizzed in a blender. The pretty lavender was from my little herb garden outside. That's all I've got for this second compilation. None of them take more than 30 minutes to make..and in Sydney....that feed's you faster than Pizza Delivery which takes a minimum of 45 minutes. - even during off-peak hours!
