
The proportions for the ingredients are really up to you; put more of whichever you like best i guess *shrug*. My personal recipe for the eggs were, 4 large eggs, 1 tbsp cream, 2 heaped tbsp ricotta and the rest of the condiments. I used a Pyrex dish cap as my pan ( I don't have a small oven proof pan) and it worked fine, so I guess anything with a flat base that can withstand direct stove tops and oven grills will do.
edit: pyrex on the stove top = bad idea....my mistake, >.< thanks for the reminder yannie

Lol, I thought you weren't supposed to use Pyrex on stove tops... Which is precisely why I haven't done that before :p
Also... YOU ARE UP AT 9AM COOKING???? WHAT HAPPENED TO UNI? AT 9AM I'M SLOGGING AWAY AT CLASS. Sigh. Jealousnye.... :( I wish I have more time to cook.
>.<..yea..now i know :P, the cover i used was from an old pyrex baking dish which broke. I didnt have any use for it...but i guess it was a dangerous thing to do :O
