Chinese themed golden ingot was sculpted with layers of chocolate sponge, dark
ganache and vanilla
buttercream. Even the mini gold nuggets popping out the top were edible too!
I was covered in gold dust and
lusters when I was finally done painting this massive hunk of gold.
hehe!!
This cake was lots of fun, a very pretty lady had
commissioned me to do a cake for her boyfriend who loved playing baccarat. He loves betting banker and
that's why we had the winning hand placed there. I hope it was a nice surprise for him, the entire table and it's little trinkets on top were all made from cake and
handpainted too! Deliciously sweet dealer fingers! *

Haha thanks su, but the baccarat table was for the bf's father. It was very very well received, and tasted as good as it looked!
