occur quite often in my humble Kitchen.I'm no pro with the stove top but my camera and fancy flair with food arrangement hides most of that as I snap photographs! *laughs* I'm not implying that I'm a cheat; but as an eager
junior chef in the making, I'm not afraid to admit my "experiments" don't necessarily work out as expected all the time.

Here's an example of slices of pork chops marinated in a hoisin sauce baste and sesame oil. From lack of experience with chinese cuisine, no formal recipe guide and clumsy hands; the pork turned out tasting similar to fowl sea-water! ....and that is...bad...very bad *shakes head* Haha.

I had a go at making "brocollini"; a new vegetable in my "to try" list. It's now been relocated to my "favourite-vegetable" list. :)
